Quiet Hours: Community quiet hours are observed nightly starting at 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.

Check-In/Check-Out: Standard arrival and departure timelines apply. Early check-in or late departure requests depend on availability.

We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you, but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lie on if your pet prefers that.
Dogs are strictly prohibited from climbing onto couches, furniture, beds, or decorative blankets. An additional deep-cleaning fee applies if pet hair is detected on these surfaces upon departure. Exceeding the 2-dog limit results in penalty fees.
