Our Tipi cabins are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably in three queen beds. Each insulated Tipi is uniquely furnished and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool retreat in the summer and a cozy haven in the winter months. The cabins also feature a small kitchenette with a sink, dorm-size fridge, and all the necessary kitchen items for cooking basic meals.
A private bathroom with a cabinet sink, plumbed toilet, and a large walk-in tiled shower is located close to each Tipi for your convenience and safety with individual coded locks. You have your own designated bathroom during your stay.
Relax and enjoy the outdoors by the fire pits or BBQ grills, perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones. Take a leisurely stroll down our Path of Positivity, a private trail that leads you to the banks of the Guadalupe River. It’s about 125 yards to the beautiful banks of the river where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with an afternoon cocktail on the waterfront deck.
