This home has 2,049 SF on one level, a two-car garage, a heated swimming pool (pool is heated for an additional charge), an outside covered patio with plenty of seating, an outside grilling area, and separate table seating for eight. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days - Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
For safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front of the house.

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
