Summary: Requested room with bathtub, was not given that, called to ask if I can switch to the type of room requested, employee said yes but I would havve to come get a new key and move all my stuff instead of offering to move my things and bring a new key to me when they overlooked details about to room when they chose the room. I moved my things myself and got the the ground floor to get the new key when the employee that said I needed to come down was there when the elevator door opened saying that he was bringing me my key. Bad customer service. Also someone pulled the fire alarm at 540am the next morning.
