This unique 13 acre property has stunning views from every part of the house and is protected from summer and winter coastal winds! Few homes with close proximity to the ocean can honestly make this claim. This property is very private and out of any neighbors view. The house is well built and a contemporary design, decorated with a fine art collection of original work. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to prepare quality meals.
