Step into the inviting living area, exuding the perfect beach charm atmosphere with ample seating for 6 plus two bar stools, perfect for dining and relaxation. Adjacent to the living room is the new and expansive deck with sweeping views of the Gulf and the perfect place to enjoy beachfront beauty. There is also a half bath on the bottom floor.
Going upstairs, you will find two master bedrooms, each furnished with king beds and private bathrooms, that provide a luxurious retreat with access to the top landing with more Gulf front views. The third bedroom, a lofted suite on the third floor, features a queen bed, double sofa sleeper, a writing desk, a Gulf Front picture window, and access to a bathroom with a tub.
Convenience meets functionality with a washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor, an additional half bathroom next to the well-equipped kitchen, and an abundance of patio furniture for comfortable outdoor seating. This Beachfront 3BR House ensures a memorable beach experience for your next getaway.
When it comes to private beach security, our options are limited. The erosion control line is a local ordinance that allows the public to traverse up and down the beach and set up chairs in front of the beach service. Our suggestion for a more private experience is to purchase beach service to extend the width of the property on the days you are interested, for $60 a set per day. Or to set up your own chairs early on the mornings you would like this. We do rent back pack chairs that are available to you on a weekly basis, but we can't keep them on site due to maintenance and upkeep.
