Nestled on a quiet 3-acre lot in the hills of Fairbanks, The Boreal Bear is a modern rustic retreat designed for comfort and convenience. The main level features a cozy living space with a bar-style table and stools, perfect for meals or remote work. The fully stocked kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, toaster, microwave, and a selection of spices and olive oil. Small snacks, and Brita filtered water are provided.
