Most bedrooms have flat screen smart TV's - (no cable - just smart features) and the entire unit features local photographs of the Balboa community. The layout is spacious yet provides privacy as multi levels lead you to all areas of the unit. If you like to entertain, you'll love to prepare your dishes in the spectacular kitchen and enjoy the meal in the amazing sunken dining room. On hot summer days, you can cool down with the AC and on cooler summer nights, sit by the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. Should you have to wash some bathing suits and towels, there is a private laundry area inside the unit. And don't forget about the location! The patio is a beautiful extension of the home with sweeping views and access to the fire pits out on the sand....a Balboa tradition! The pier, with shopping and dining galore, is just a quick walk away. Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking - one carport and one garage - not shared. (see floor plan for measurements)
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.
You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.
Jacuzzi Tub: The Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom is not operational.
