**Note: There have been some very recent and significant changes in the rules for VRBOs/AirB&Bs in Hubbard County (where the Cabin is located).
These new rules have a variety of impacts, most significantly in the capacity limits. Under the new rules, the capacity limit for our Cabin is eight (8) people.
Under the old rules (MN Dept of Health), the limit would be 11 people.
These new rules are based on the septic system design flow, which basically allows for 2 occupants per bedroom, and thus the limit of eight (8) guests for our Cabin.
**Note: These new rules (2 people per bedroom) apply to all VRBO's/AirB&B's in Hubbard County. Make sure you clarify capacity with any property you inquire about.
**In addition to the new capacity limits, please also note:
-Night time hours -- quiet hours after 10pm on week nights, 12pm on Saturday nights
-All guests will need to be recorded (names/addresses, DL, license plates).

Big Sand is 1,635 acres with a maximum depth of 135 feet, great for skiing, tubing, and fishing. Fish for walleyes, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, crappie, sunfish, bluegill, and rock bass. The cabin faces west for great sunsets!

Extra Sanitization Measures:
We are very interested in your safety, our safety, and the cleanliness of our Cabin
Because of this, we are taking extra measures to ensure the cabin is clean and sanitized for you:
1) all surfaces are cleaned with an industrial sanitizer, including counters, appliances, sinks, showers, couches, and floors
2) mattresses on all beds are brand new for 2021
3) we have 3 sets of linens, which are washed and rotated, so you have linens that have been washed/bleached and have not been used in longer than 1 week prior to your check-in
4) we just added a second set of bedspreads, for the same reason as having duplicate sheets -- creating use gaps between guests
5) we just added a second set of pillows -- again, for the same reason as having duplicate sheets and bedspreads -- creating use gaps
6) we are providing some small hand sanitizer gel bottles to each family who stays with us
7) we are also providing sanitizing wipes to each family who stays with us
