This Ranch home located in the heart of South ave Neighborhood. It has been recently renovated. Conveniently located walking distance to Highland Hospital and a few mins from Strong Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center and College Town shopping and dining. We also provide all hotel-grade linens for a comfortable sleep away from home and High-speed internet (over 100 mbps). We are Pet Friendly just let us know ahead of time.

Guest will have access to the whole house beside a storage room and the basement (washer and dryer are on the first floor). Driveway will fit 2 cars but there is plenty of street parking.

The South Ave / Linden St neighborhood really stands out in this regard, however, as it is dominated by such small apartment buildings more than nearly any other neighborhood in America. This is a stunning visual and lifestyle example of this type of neighborhood.
