Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The convenience of being close to the front office on the 1st floor. The staff was nice considering the card issues they were having for the room keys

Negative: The room key card reader was not working. It would not let us in our rooms no many how many keys they made and tried. I know it was hard for the employees as well to have to keep unlocking doors for everyone to get back in their rooms.
