Queen bed, spectrum internet and 15-channel cable package, wall-mounted TV that can rotate to watch from bed or sofa. New AC, LVP flooring and sofa in 2025. Kitchen has the essentials including coffee maker, toaster and stock pot for your shrimp boil. Outdoor space equal to three rooms -- front and back deck, choose sunshine or shade. Under the house is completely screened in with ceiling fan, couch for a nap, minifridge and shower with hot and cold water. Full-size clothes dryer added Feb. 2026.
