There is a peaceful, private, spacious front courtyard to take in the captivating red rock views and a semi-private back patio to observe the ducks and wildlife swim in the tranquil pond with 24-7 waterfalls. (Non-golf-course unit). If you're looking for a home base to explore the parks and trails, this spot will not disappoint. There are biking trails out the front door, and Snow Canyon State Park is 3 miles away. The home is tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home and then some. If you desire more room, the adjoining 800 sq. ft studio suite can be booked through the 2BR listing.
For the golfer, there are many stunning courses in the area, the closest being the brand-new championship Tom Weiskopf 19-hole Black Desert Golf Course right next door to Entrada. Black Desert hosted the PGA tour in the fall of 2024 and will host the LPGA tour in the spring of 2025. (There may be some availability for you to play the private Entrada course with a member. Tee times are released 2 weeks in advance and fill quickly. Tee times available will be after noon. Inquire for more details.)
The newly renovated private Sol Mesa restaurant is now open and available for your enjoyment as our sponsored guest. In addition, there is an outdoor dining venue, Koko's Patio, which serves breakfast and lunch and is available with reservations (and limited walk-up) as our sponsored guest. Also, our guests can access paid spa services at The Wellness Center, such as massages, facials, etc. Stay at Entrada at Snow Canyon's gated community and enjoy this stunning desert paradise!
This home is under new ownership and new management as of September 2020. If you've stayed here in the past, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the upgraded amenities including new high thread count *Cariloha bamboo sheets and duvet, new Cariloha pillows, organic bath towels, full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bubble bath, vanity amenities, coffee maker (traditional grounds or pods), and much more. Enhanced cleaning of all areas with special attention to high-touch areas. You'll have an elevated experience if you allow us to impress you! *Ask us about our Cariloha discount if you'd like the bedding for your own home.
*Please note that we are independently owned and operated and we are not a part of The Inn at Entrada. **The pool and spa our guests can use are located approximately 1 mile away within the gates of Entrada. the pool is heated seasonally from April to October. The spa is heated year-round. (No crowds and no reservation needed, unlike The Inn pool). The country club's racket sports are not available to our guests.
**Please note we are located in a private Resort and Country Club. There may be experiences outside our control, such as noise from events and wedding receptions at the clubhouse, people recreating at the pool, tennis court, pickleball courts, wildlife encounters, and construction.
