This home is located in a peaceful, central & safe neighborhood. Newly remodeled home surrounded of the most iconic sights of San Diego. This spacious three bedroom home is outfitted in stylish modern decor with many large windows that provide lots natural light.
At our discretion, and upon agreement, well behaved, house broken dogs are welcome, at an additional charge of $50/day, with an additional $100 cleaning fee, and an $400 security deposit for any additional cleaning or damages, that may not be refunded to you. Your well behaved and house broken dog must be cleaned up after outside daily.
Any damages to the property, inside the house, or to any personal property or furniture will be assessed and charged to the guest at the cost or replacement. Any missing property will also be charged to the guest at the cost of replacement.
Washer and dryer are in unit, please clean after each use. Dryer lint vent needs to be emptied after each use.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Please clean up after yourself outside if you chose to smoke. All doors and windows must be closed if you smoke outside.
Please make sure all windows are closed when air conditioning is on.
Please place all trash in trash bags, and take out to the trash cans located on the right side of the house.
