Summary: The hotel is very nice, clean, friendly staff and we enjoyed the pool/patio setup! The only issue I had is I booked through hotels.com (Expedia) and paid in full in advance. I put a card on file for the security deposit upon arrival, and upon checking out it charged my card on file- there is a known issue w/ Expedia b/c it comes up as a 'virtual card'- just make sure Expedia properly provides your payment to the hotel (this is the 2nd time I've had a major issue w/ Expedia relaying information to the hotel- happened w/ an entirely different hotel). Thankfully, the Fairfield staff was very helpful and communicative to resolve crediting my account back. Also, the hotel is remodeled and looking really nice w/ freshly/new smell to the building!!
