The condo is located in a high end condo building in a very safe downtown Toronto neighborhood only a short walk away from the Eaton's center, U of T, Mars building, University Health Network hospitals and Toronto city hall.
We are right on Bay street (across from the College subway station, near the Sick Kids Hospital, and just a few hundred meters away from the Eaton's center.
We are walking distance for everything you'll need during the stay. 3 grocery stores (supermarkets), pharmacies, banks, malls, transit are a short walk away.

Guest Safety and Health is Our Top Priority. Our Giant 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom suite with a Free Parking spot is Thoroughly Sanitized for several hours prior to each guest's arrival using Professional Grade anti viral / anti bacterial cleaners by our highly trained cleaning team wearing industry leading Ppe including masks, gloves, shoe coverings to insure that you have a Safe place to stay. All our bedding and towels are Sanitized by an industrial laundry facility.
Indoor pool, and gym are temporarily closed in the building due to Covid 19.
Our building is a quiet residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 7 a.m. Parties and / or events and / or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Charge will apply if a noise complaint is received.
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana (cannabis), and / or any other substance anywhere inside the apartment and / or anywhere inside the building is strictly prohibited. Charge will apply if our condo was smoked in and needs to be deep cleaned.
Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, nightly pet fee will apply and must be paid prior to move in. Pet damage deposit will be required and must be paid prior to move in. No exceptions.
All guests will be met by our associate upon arrival. Social distancing rules will be observed. Each guest is required to provide a valid Canadian driver's license (front and back) or valid passport photo page prior to arrival.
Check-out time is before 11 a.m. Late check-out fee will apply for late check-out.
Amenity limitations - pools, gym, sauna are temporarily closed due to Covid.
Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $2000
