Just a short drive outside of the town of Truckee, there is much to love when entering this home. Its unique and modern details feature wall-to-wall windows, an expansive deck with great views, and community amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts and basketball courts. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and high end stainless steel appliances. There are two dining tables for guests just beyond the kitchen, along with the spacious yet cozy feeling living room.
