The third level, private primary suite is a true sanctuary. This serene retreat features a gorgeous gas fireplace with a reading nook and comfortable chairs, a private balcony, and a stunning real waterfall wall feature that brings the calming sounds of nature indoors. The spa-like ensuite bathroom offers heated floors and a luxurious soaking tub.
Downstairs, the lower level offers a blend of cozy sleeping quarters and entertainment. There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms. One with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. A second queen bedroom with a bathroom just outside the door and the third bedroom is complete with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private half bathroom. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
