Other things to note
The house isn't well set up for toddlers (lots of kick knacks, white couches, not a lot of floor space, the only dining areas have bar stools, etc.). The house, however, is very accommodating for infants or children that are not yet mobile. There are black out curtains in every bedroom, it is well insulated which makes it very quiet for nap time, it is very clean, etc. We also do not have any child amenities eg.. a crib, books, high chair, etc. Older children (beyond toddlerhood) would likely be more comfortable .
