Summary: On August 2, when we returned to the hotel at approximately midnight, I realized that I had left my key card inside my room. The main entrance was locked and could only be opened with a key card or by someone from inside. We rang the doorbell repeatedly, but no one answered. Eventually, another hotel guest arrived and let us inside. Once inside, we discovered that there was absolutely no one at the front desk. We called the hotel’s phone number several times, but no one answered. During this time, several other guests began arriving and were also unable to enter the hotel. I was the one who had to let them in because there was no hotel employee available to assist anyone. After approximately 55 minutes of waiting, a person finally came out of a small room located behind the front desk and, as if nothing had happened, asked us what we needed. This person said her name was Angie. I explained that we had been ringing the doorbell and calling the hotel for almost an hour without receiving any response, and that considering it was approximately midnight, the situation was completely unacceptable. Her only explanation was that “their system was down.” Because of what had happened, I asked to speak with the hotel manager. Angie stated that she was the manager. However, the following day, we confirmed that this was not true. I also requested compensation for the time we had lost, the complete lack of assistance, and the fact that this happened around midnight. Angie assured me
