The 2-BR floorpan is one of the largest in the community offering wider spaces with more square footage. 2 porches on the front of the home and 2 large rear screened in porches to enjoy the outdoors. The living room faces the fairway, has a large flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, indoor and outdoor lanai dining options, with plenty of room to relax. A clear sightline from the front entry to the back patio provides an open concept. The kitchen is newly renovated, fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to feel right at home. Additionally, there is a half bathroom on the main level. This townhome is located in an incredible location minutes from the downtown historic district of Key West, famous beaches, shopping and much more!
