With over 1200 sq ft of living space, this apartment comfortably sleeps our guests in a variety of versatile bed type . This home is considered a "Whole House" rental because it has it’s own independent entrance and shares no interior spaces with its sister unit upstairs. Esplanade Elegance also features 2 separate accesses with no shared space.
There are 12 foot ceilings throughout, Pocket Doors, and hardwood floors. Each Bedroom has a TV. Net ROKU TVs, a Blu-ray DVD player, wifi through the house, Keyless Networked Locks and appliances using state of the art Z-wave technology, and local coffee.
Off Street parking is included for two cars parked on a slant. Also, there is also usually ample parking on both the Lepage and Dupre sides of this corner house.
