The first floor has two rooms: one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom and the other room as game/work/exercise room.
The second floor has two queen bedrooms and one bathroom. The main space of the home is the large, open living space which hosts a two-story fireplace and extending sofas. Dry sauna on the Deck overlooking lake
Third floor has the master bedroom with a split king-sized bed (with dual adjustable base) and a large en suite with an oversized bathtub with a view of the lake.
NO IVGID beach access : **Please Note: The Incline Village private beaches will no longer be available to renters. This decision was made by our local Government and we have no control over this restriction. The public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.
NO A/C as 95 percent of the homes do not have AC in Tahoe!
