With enough space to accommodate up to 8 guests, this home is an ideal option for groups of friends or family looking to enjoy time together in a gorgeous alpine setting. Comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a large kitchen provide all the essentials, while an outdoor hot tub, grill, and basketball net make the stay even more fun. This light-filled home features floor-to-ceiling windows and is just minutes from Downtown Truckee, giving guests easy access to great shops and restaurants.
Each home is provided with Short Term Tenant cards that allow access to Tahoe Donner amenities. Guests have access to public amenities, including the Downhill Ski Resort, Cross Country Ski Center, Snowplay area, Golf Course, Bikeworks, Equestrian Center, and on-site restaurants. Access to private amenities such as the Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreation Center, Northwoods Pool, and Tennis and Pickleball Center requires a valid Short Term Tenant Card and payment of daily access fees at the time of entry. One card is required per person, per day, for guests age 3 and older.
