To access the SOBO loft building, apartment & your designated indoor parking space, you will use the "LATCH App." Download directly through the "Emailed App Invitation" for the best & most efficient results. The "Elevator" is accessible on the "East Entrance" located along 7th Avenue or from the inside the garage where your designated parking is located.
"Public Street Parking" is free outside of the building along W. Babcock & 7th Avenue. (Review all "House Rules" for further details).
Families please note: This is a top floor apartment & children of all ages must be accompanied while on the outdoor balcony for safety measures.
