This well maintained and well equipped home is really a cozy cabin in the woods. It’s located on a quiet dead-end street with little or no traffic and backs to open forests. It has immediate access to trails at the rear of the home for hiking or snowshoeing in the winter.
The home has three bedrooms and a loft to provide plenty of room for your whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of work space for the chef in the outfit. The living room has a brand new wood stove and plenty of firewood provided to keep you toasty in the winter.
Adults can enjoy quiet conservation in the spacious and comfy living room while the kids can enjoy the TV, DVD player or VCR upstairs in the loft with their favorite entertainment. In addition to the media equipment, there is Cable television, free long distance telephone, dishwasher, micro-wave, toaster oven and a washer and dryer.
Tahoe Donner development is close to miles of great hiking trails in the beautiful Sierras in the summer and close to several world class ski resorts for winter sports. Squaw Valley, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, Boreal and Mt. Rose are all within a 30 minute drive. Some of the best cross country skiing in the United States is close by at Tahoe Donner and Royal Gorge. The two car garage has protected entry into the house, the driveway is plowed, and there is parking for six cars, if needed.
There are two guest passes, each of which allows four persons to access the amenities of Tahoe Donner for a nominal fee. Those amenities include outdoor pool, a lap pool, steam room, hot tubs, tennis courts, downhill and cross country skiing, equestrian facilities in the summer and a private beach on Donner lake.
