Large doors open from the house to the backyard allowing easy access to the hot tub, sauna, bar-b-que and seating area. The mature landscaping making a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach.
A chef's kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal after a day at the beach or exploring La Jolla. Counter seating for two allows the chef company. A large table seats 8 along with a formal dining room. There is an outdoor table for a cup of coffee just off the kitchen area as well as a table by the bar-b-que.
The living room features a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating that will invite you to relax at day’s end.
The main house has three bedrooms on the second floor; a king primary, a guest queen and a guest king, the fourth bedroom is a stand along casita just steps from the living room.
