Our newly remodeled spacious 2 story (1100 sq. ft. ) guesthouse is located on quiet lane in 1 1/2 acres, above a beautiful South Sebastopol valley . We have " Warm Floors" heating that keeps the guesthouse cozy & 6" walls that will keep you cozy as well in the Winter & cool in summer. Our area has coastal breezes in the summer evenings. We are in quiet/private rural area but with easy/close access (Hwy 116 & 101 close by) to Sonoma/Marin county and the bay area. And there are many hospitals, wineries, and business opportunities nearby. In our questhouse upstairs, there are 2 partitioned bedrooms (walls with no doors, see pictures) with 2 twin beds in one room & a queen bed in other. Downstairs there is a large family room with a futon couch to make into 3rd double bed (with a new spring mattress), another couch, kitchen, and a spacious bathroom (10' X 10', with shower). The kitchen includes a new refrigerator, new large microwave, new oven range, "instant Pot", blender, and 2 new induction glass cooktops as well as many other items (see amenities ). There is a private deck in the back of the guesthouse with views of trees, birds/wildlife, and a view of the valley.
It is $10 a night for extra persons. We are charging a cleaning fee of $120 a month for cleaning the guesthouse every 2 weeks. Includes utilities and access to washer & dryer.
