Raised ranch with large family room, including Air hockey, darts and 65" TV to watch the big game. Off the family room is the kids room with bunk beds and a trundle. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King 15" Memory foam bed, fully updated bathroom and another large bedroom with a Queen 15" memory foam bed. Also upstairs in an updated Kitchen with large island, dining table and Living room for some adult time with a 42" TV. Kitchen is equipped with Non stick pans, blender, coffee pot, microwave, large Fridge, dishwasher and 5 burner electric range. Off the kitchen is a spacious deck with screened in Gazebo for bug free outdoor eating and a gas grill. 15 minutes from Center Harbor where you can catch the ferry to Weirs beach. Gunstock Mountain is just 30 minutes away.
