Summary: Accommodated staff made our stay outstanding Cottage setting is top notch, however the resort has repair issues that were mostly taken care of. Our 2 bedroom cottage did not have a well equipped kitchen. Missing basic items like bowls a flipper and other basics. Staff sourced missing items. No one can check in before 4 pm even if unit was ready. Felt sorry for families with tired children and elderly sitting and hanging out in lobby if arrived early which if you come by ferry not great options for choosing arrival time. It seemed inhospitable to make groups hang out to 4pm.
