A Fabulous furnished condo with two primary suites, set up with living and kitchen areas down the middle so each has its own privacy space. No stairs. The balcony overlooks a landscaped pool and can be assessed from either the bedroom suite or the living room, so three sliding doors out to the balcony. Washer and dryer in the hall closet for easy cleaning. Two hot tubs to relax in, one off the pool area and one off the north side near the stairs. Kitchen appliances include an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The nice quiet community especially after 10 pm for quiet hours. Great central location right off the 15 for easy access to La Jolla, Mission Bay, and San Diego's endless beaches. One parking spot in a tandem garage and one with a parking permit.
