Location, location, location: This beautiful upscale cozy casita with private entrance is located in a quiet neighborhood steps from El Paseo, the Westfield Mall, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, The McCallum Theater, Civic Center Park, The River Center, and major hiking trails. Keurig with complimentary pods, wifi, cable, movie channels, and private central air. Traveling with another party, but want separate space, we have a second casita, inquire. We are superhosts on another hosting website that you may be familiar with. With over 100 five star reviews (and counting) on our first guest house property, we decided to build another, more exculsive and private than the first. We've also decided to expand to another hosting platform: VRBO!
Park in front of the house and enter through your completely private entrance and walkway. Watch the solar lights light up as you walk to the back of the property where you will enter your casita through french doors on your own private patio complete with table for two, trickling fountain, and flickering solar lights. Your french doors open up to reveal an elegant and cozy bedroom. Everything, including the casita itself, is brand new and built to be a private place of comfort and rest, a nest if you will because it is intimate and cozy. Kitchenette, table for two, TV, and armoire complete the small yet comfortable living space. The bathroom is separated from the main room by a door for privacy and the shower is large and spacious. There is no entrance between the main house and the casita. The heating and air unit is only for the casita and not controlled by the main house. The floor of the casita is stained concrete and is the first thing our guests notice. The flooring is designed to help us keep the place immaculate and as allergen free as possible. We also have a small office desk and chair available at your request if you need extra space for work and a standing steamer that is also available upon request. Please inquire about pets. If your pet is under 16 pounds, hypoallergenic, potty trained, and doesn't shed, we will definitely consider. Please note: There is a pet fee of $30.00 collected upon arrival if not paid through Vrbo directly.
