House Rules: Additional guests (more than 12) will be charged $100 per guest per night.
Additional cleaning fees apply for excess cleaning needed outside of standard cleaning. Additional charges for excess wear/tear and damage.
The boat and jet ski are not available for use.
NO pets allowed on the property/grounds.
NO smoking, vaping or tobacco use allowed on the property/grounds.
NO partying. House parties will not be tolerated. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. NO bachelorette/bachelor parties. You will be staying in someone’s personal home, so please make reservations accordingly.
