Summary: The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord is very accommodating, willing to host the client and attentive. Out if several places, this place is reasonable and it’s 10 minutes from downtown and the highway is less then 5 minutes. 2-3 minutes form a gas station and a liquor store. Overall, it’s a comfortable place but could use some renovation. A lot of parking space and it’s quiet during the night. You can sometimes hear the other tenants or pets either upstairs or downstairs. Temporary place for a person to work or get settled in but not for long term stay. Enjoy and good luck!
