Large marble entry hall, sumptuous bathroom, and two pocket sized bedrooms complete 900 sq ft unit. Garden -- private to this flat -- is another 900 sq ft and set up as outdoor living room with gas BBQ, heaters, seating area, dining table, fountain, and lighting. Parking is street with permit. Location is primo for walking access to public transport -- including cable car -- and the best of Polk Street. Includes wireless, elec, Direct TV, and light cleaning. Building's new (free) laundry room is adjacent to unit. The unit is lovely but at 900 sq feet is really better for a single (or duo for short periods). Main bedroom is tiny and has built-in double bed; guest room is smaller still and has full bed. Has been off the market for some time so reviews - while accurate - are old. If you would like more current ones, happy to supply. And, apologies in advance, my building requires me to get references before finalizing rentals.
