There is a zero-tolerance policy for abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If looking to squeeze 25 people into a house and / or party hard, this is not the home. This is a tasteful and expensively appointed home - please treat it as your own! This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
