This unit is over 1600 sq feet and feels more like a house than a condo. Living room with plenty of seating and a dining room table for 8 make this the perfect place for families and groups. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en suite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a jack and jill bath to the bunk room that has 4 bunk beds. Ocean views from every room in the unit!
Location is the key. 1 minute walk to a deeded beach access with chair service or use the included beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to set up your own place to enjoy. When it is time for lunch, a quick walk back to the fully equipped kitchen will make meal prep easy, or walk to one of the many restaurants nearby including Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, or Crab Trap. If you want to take a break from the beach, the pool or tennis and volleyball courts are well kept. This is a smaller complex so won't be over crowded or a struggle to find space.
