Located 3 miles from Sanford Stadium and a short 5 minute walk from the nearest bus line, enjoy the convenience of proximity to campus without the burden of crowds. Fully renovated in 2025, the ground-floor apartment features a large master bedroom, a beautiful luxury bathroom, and expansive and sunny living and dining area for your enjoyment.
In our bright and clean apartment, our guests enjoy a private garden unit with a large master bedroom (one king bed) and sunny living room with additional sleeping options (one single daybed and one oversized couch). The main living space also features a kitchenette with water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a dining area and dedicated office space. You’ll also find a brand new bathroom with spacious shower and laundry area. In the backyard (your main entrance), there is also a shaded patio for your exclusive enjoyment.
My family and I live upstairs in the main portion of the house and will likely be at home with our two small dogs during your stay. We are available as needed while you are our guest and are happy to greet you when you arrive, or you can be left entirely alone during your stay for maximum privacy.
