Welcome to your getaway with modern amenities + cozy touches + amazing location! Offering 4 BRs, 3 Full Baths, a fun rooftop deck to watch *sunsets* and a 1 car garage. Conveniently located in Downtown Chattanooga's vibrant Southside with walkability to the 33 acre Sculpture Park, restaurants down Main Street, coffee shops and a cool brewery (next door!). Plus, drive only minutes to hiking, the TN waterfront and attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and Lookout Mountain!
*NOTE* We were previously only renting the first floor bedroom while living in the space above. We have moved and are now renting the entire space. Built in 2021, our place offers the perfect getaway with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a spacious living room/kitchen, a rooftop deck and 1 car garage - plenty of room to relax and unwind. Enjoy a full-size kitchen, a washer and dryer, a cozy living room, and ample storage space, along with plenty of opportunities to embrace the beautiful outdoors. We’ve got all the essentials covered—including linens, towels, cooking essentials, and complimentary coffee—so you can settle in comfortably.
Upon arrival, you'll find fast, free EPB WiFi throughout the home to keep you connected, as well as self-check-in for your convenience. Parking is free on all streets near the home + you can opt to park in the garage (or use it for games!).
As you enter the home, you will find 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the first floor. A few steps up lead to the open-concept living area, where you'll find a plush couch and seating area, a Smart TV loaded with all the popular streaming apps for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a solid wood dining table, bar seating, full-sized oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the basics, like pots, pans, dishes, and seasoning essentials (salt, pepper, and more).
Head upstairs to discover two comfortable guest rooms with two full bathrooms. The front bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen-sized beds and a chair. Both have large closets, too. You’ll have everything you need to feel right at home for an extended stay.
On the fourth floor, another cozy king bed with an optional twin XL trundle. This level boasts the rooftop deck with breathtaking views of Lookout Mountain where you can enjoy the sunsets!
All of our bedrooms are designed for comfort, featuring plush beds, nightstands, wall-mounted TVs (in all but the 4th floor), and generous closet space to make unpacking a breeze.
