A gas fireplace and heated floors keep this room cozy while the travertine stone tiles exude beauty and elegance. And for those who want to enjoy a movie in front of the fire, there is a 70” TV with Sonos speakers. The main floor also includes a bathroom, full-size washer & dryer, a dining table, and an additional TV in the kitchen, along with access to the yard and gardens.
