You are perched right on the NY/NJ border just a few feet from the appalachian trail. Explore adorable historic Port Jervis, High Point, or the acres of land surrounding you. Have a glass of wine on the wrap around porch while watching for local wildlife (deer, turkeys, birds). The house is large with 6 full bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, a pool table, central air conditioning, etc. We are a small family that is looking to rent to another for an extended stay in the late spring/summer. Summary: We held an executive business retreat at the property. It was everything we hoped for and more! The big open great room was perfect for our daily gatherings, the dining room accommodated us all, the outside patio was perfect for happy hour and bbq, and the pool table made for fun evenings. Such a beautiful space for swimming, running, walking, with lots of little nooks all over the property for quiet private conversation. We didn't want to leave!
