If items are moved and cannot be returned to their original position by our cleaning team, guests may be charged for additional assistance from a handyman or staff to restore the property.
OUTDOOR & POOL AREA NOTICE
Please note that leaves, debris, or other natural materials may occasionally be present in the outdoor or pool area, especially after rain or windy weather. These situations are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued for this.
If needed, we can send someone to clean the area, or if it’s late at night and our pool service is unavailable, we will ensure it is cleaned first thing the next morning.
