The area is calm and well-kept—perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring the city.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with quick access to Loop 101 and major Scottsdale roads. Old Town, Tempe, and Phoenix are just a short drive away, and Sky Harbor Airport is within easy reach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, but we recommend a car to make the most of Scottsdale’s dining, shopping, and outdoor attractions.

Pool Heat: Pool heat is optional and available for an additional $75/night or $400/week. Payment and request must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in to ensure the pool is heated upon arrival.

No Parties / Events (Zero Tolerance): This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a strict no party / no event policy.
