There is Cumberland Mall if you want shopping and lots of restaurants there. On the Chattahoochee River, you can go floating on air tubes or raft. In Marietta a few miles away is Stone Mountain and Kennesaw Mountain. Kennesaw Mountain is very close about 8 miles Stone Mountain. It’s about 40 miles away but it’s the largest granite exposed and the whole planet Earth. It’s a beautiful view and beautiful park also in downtown Atlanta where the Coca Cola and aquarium are there is museums.
