* Parties and events are strictly prohibited ($500 fine). The maximum occupancy of 2 guests is strictly enforced. This property is unsuitable for parties due to neighbor considerations.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all outdoor areas.
* Fire pit use is prohibited during burn bans.
* Due to liability and our API connection, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required at the time of booking.
