The home has 3 bedrooms, kitchen with eating island and great room, full bathroom and additional vanity, on-site laundry, covered veranda, tire swing, swing and hammocks. The pantry is amazing and stocked with every countertop appliance you would want in your own home. This home is fully furnished with tasteful indoor and outdoor furniture. The fire-pit is surrounded with adirondack chairs and outdoor patio light strung overhead. This property is incredible for star gazing as it has no immediate neighbors or street lights in the area. Picture perfect days and evenings.
There is a path to the natural river beachfront and you are 15 minutes to Charlottetown, 40 minutes to Cavendish and 5 minutes to Canoe Cove Beach, 3 golf courses and grocery, restaurants, gas and spirits shopping.
